Hastings Martial Arts was established in 1988 teaching Lau Gar Gong Fu and Kickboxing. Starting with a small class in a village hall, the popularity of the lessons grew and soon Hastings Martial Arts found itself a full time Kwong (Gym) in Hastings Town Centre.
These days Hastings Martial Arts Ltd is a full time business, working all around the UK and its students supplying security for Hollywood Actors and UK Film Productions.
